The Challenge
ROCA Advisors delivers a highly specialized service: bringing order to the financial chaos of $1M–$10M SMBs through bookkeeping, FP&A, and Fractional CFO support. But while their internal operations were pristine, their digital storefront was a liability.
Led by founder Juan Carlos Rodríguez, the firm relied entirely on word-of-mouth referrals. Their existing website was built on Wix and suffered from severe technical bottlenecks that actively hindered growth:
- Search Engine Invisibility: The site lacked a basic SEO foundation (no meta titles or descriptions) and wasn't even indexed by Google.
- The Language Disconnect: While ROCA frequently conducted business conversations in Spanish, their website was entirely in English, creating a disjointed user journey.
- No Conversion Infrastructure: The site acted as a static brochure rather than a proactive lead-generation asset.

The Rise and Rank Strategy
We knew that slapping a new coat of paint on a Wix site wouldn't cut it. ROCA needed enterprise-level architecture that could scale with their ambition.
First, we mapped out a dual-intent conversion architecture. We separated the site into high-intent Service Pages (for users actively looking for a Fractional CFO) and focused, navigation-free Landing Pages (for cold ad traffic and lead magnets).
Second, we leaned heavily into ROCA's unique positioning as the anti-accountant. We crafted friendly copy that stripped away dense financial jargon, focusing instead on data storytelling and empathetic leadership. We positioned them not as tax filers looking at the past, but as strategic partners building a roadmap for the future.

ROCA Advisors is no longer flying blind digitally. We successfully eliminated their technical debt and transformed a static, unindexed URL into a modern, conversion-focused machine.
The new Webflow platform flawlessly executes ROCA's friendly professional" brand voice across two languages. By integrating frictionless scheduling and separating organic service pages from paid landing pages, ROCA now possesses the exact technical infrastructure required to launch their proactive marketing campaigns.
