"They were definitely the right ally; they helped us navigate and reach a final result for a project that wasn't even fully defined yet. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I had highly capable, top-tier people leading it."

The Challenge

WeCare, a booming eco-conscious packaging brand, was expanding internationally—but their digital foundation was fractured. Their online presence was split across three separate websites, anchored by a static HTML corporate site that made self-management impossible, choked SEO potential, and projected an unfinished brand image.

The biggest strategic roadblock was internal cannibalization. Their B2C Shopify store was inadvertently dominating 95% of their web traffic, forcing high-value B2B prospects (like major restaurant chains and distributors) into a retail checkout funnel. Coupled with a broken Odoo CRM integration that shattered their Google Ads tracking, WeCare was actively losing corporate leads and critical marketing data right as they prepared to launch in the US and Costa Rica.

The Rise and Rank Strategy

We deployed a structured, 6-phase agile methodology to completely overhaul WeCare's digital ecosystem. Our objective was clear: transform their fragmented presence into a single "hub of credibility" designed specifically to capture and nurture corporate leads.

We consolidated their traffic into one authoritative international domain (www.wecareproducts.eco). Our Web Development team built a robust WordPress CMS tailored for scale, engineered to handle over 190 dynamic SKUs across multiple languages, regions, and product availability filters. To solve their massive data leaks, we bypassed the client's restrictive internal IT constraints and faulty native integrations by building custom lead forms routed seamlessly through Zapier. This ensured every lead was instantly logged and every ad click was accurately attributed.

We created a scalable system of internal pages that allow the WeCare team to grow the website as the brand expands into more retailers and more countries.

The Impact

  • Unified Global Presence: Successfully launched a modern, multi-region platform fully localized for the US, Mexico, and Costa Rica markets.
  • Flawless Lead Tracking: Restored 100% data accuracy for Google Ads and CRM logging via custom API and Zapier integrations.
  • Frictionless B2B Funnels: Created distinct user flows that effectively separate wholesale buyers from individual consumers, protecting their B2B pipeline.
  • Empowered Internal Teams: Transitioned WeCare from a locked-down static code base to an intuitive, self-managed CMS with comprehensive agency training.

It was important for the WeCare team that its multiple stakeholders—from the Sales and Marketing teams to its Fulfillment teams—be able to leverage the website as an asset in conversations with consumers and retailers.
