TalentXera, a premier boutique headhunting firm, had a digital presence that drastically undervalued their elite, sniper-like executive recruitment approach. Worse, the basic, generic design failed to project the 30+ years of seniority required to visually compete with top-tier international recruitment firms. We stepped in to execute a comprehensive, 6-phase digital transformation. We selected Webflow as the core engine, delivering a secure, lightning-fast, and 100% self-manageable platform. To meet the founder's uncompromising vision of a dynamic, cosmopolitan interface, we engineered lightweight, code-based interactive animations that react to user mouse movements. This gave the site a premium, high-movement aesthetic without the heavy load times associated with bloated background videos.
Because TalentXera relies on active Google Ads campaigns, a flawless launch was critical. We meticulously mapped out 301 redirects to ensure the new architecture wouldn't break their ads or lose existing indexed pages. Finally, we fully integrated their contact forms directly into their CRM via Zapier, implemented advanced localBusiness schema markup for SEO, and conducted in-person training so the TalentXera team could confidently take total ownership of their new platform.
