Rise and Rank took a bunch of ideas and turned it into an institutional-grade platform faster than I thought possible. They had a highly collaborative approach and understood the nuances of private equity messaging immediately, which allowed me to focus on my core business rather than managing a web build.

The Challenge

Acadia Investment Partners was a newly established venture aiming to invest in middle-market technology businesses serving the traditional economy. The founder, Harsh Agarwal, brought 18 years of elite private equity experience from firms like CD&R, EQT, and TPG. However, the firm lacked a digital presence to validate this institutional pedigree for upcoming pitches to Limited Partners (LPs) and Family Offices.

The challenge was dual-faceted: the messaging needed to convey absolute trust and discipline to investors, while simultaneously feeling warm and collaboratively supportive to founders. Furthermore, the project required a fastlaunch without sacrificing the premium aesthetic necessary for a top-tier financial firm.

We translated dense, text-heavy investment criteria into a scannable, icon-driven layout that busy LPs and CEOs can digest in seconds.

The Rise and Rank Strategy

Leveraging our 15 years of experience, we knew that for a newly launched PE firm, the website doesn't need complex conversion funnels; it serves as a critical proof-of-authority brochure. We chose Webflow as the platform for its high security, clean code, and design flexibility, steering clear of vulnerable or overly complex alternatives.

Visually, we leaned into a "Disciplined & Grounded" aesthetic, utilizing a muted palette of blues, beiges, and grays to convey stability. We strategically avoided flashy animations or tech-bro hype, opting instead for clean, scannable copy and sophisticated typography.

Behind this clean interface lies a future-proofed CMS, equipped with hidden placeholders ready to instantly deploy new operating partners and portfolio companies as deals close.

The Execution

To get Harsh ready for his first deals, we executed a rapid, high-impact sprint:

  • Structural Strategy: Mapped a targeted single-page architecture guiding the user through the firm's value proposition, four core investment themes (e.g., U.S. re-industrialization, frontline worker productivity), and criteria.
  • Brand Identity Refinement: Simplified the client's AI-generated logo to a clean, minimalist "Acadia" text mark, removing clutter to align with top-tier financial branding.
  • Webflow Development: Built a responsive, ADA-compliant website featuring intentional dual-scrolling mechanics for seamless section transitions.
  • Technical Foundation: Implemented foundational technical SEO to ensure proper search engine indexing from day one.

The Outcome

In just  weeks, Acadia Investment Partners transitioned from having no digital footprint to owning a highly polished, institutional-grade digital asset. We successfully translated a dense pitch document into a scannable, visually compelling narrative.

The firm is now equipped with a secure, stable Webflow platform that immediately validates its 18-year pedigree to LPs while extending a warm, business builder hand to prospective founders.

Institutional gravitas meets modern readability. We paired classic Garamond for headlines with Manrope for body text, ensuring the site feels both historic and highly scannable.
